Christina deserves a 25-star rating, no exaggeration. Let me start by saying I'm a tough client to satisfy, which is why you'll see that most of my ratings on Google are one-star reviews. Saying I have high expectations is an understatement. From the very beginning of dealing with my late father-in-law's home sale, this couldn't have gone any smoother if I had been in Nevada for the process. I live out of state, and this was a complicated listing with many moving parts. Christina was thorough, quick to respond, always available for a call or text message, and completely eased my mind every step of the way. She predicted what would happen with the listing price she suggested, she was spot on with the response we received (almost a dozen offers). We ended up getting several offers above asking and more than what we had hoped for on the high end. When we reached back out to Christina the following year in need of some additional market information relating to completing our taxes, she performed an analysis, assembled the documents, and sent them over within an hour, while on an airplane, on her way back from a work seminar (no, I'm not kidding she's that awesome). If you're looking for a true professional to meet your real estate needs, you absolutely will not find anyone more qualified and easier to work with. Being a widow, this was my first time selling a house . . . I didn't have a clue. Christina took me by the hand and sold the house in 3 weeks at a great price. No, I'm not kidding; the buyers wanted to move in a couple of weeks. They paid cash, so I had to pack fast. . . that was hard work. I am thankful for Christina; better than the Xmas fairy and Mrs. Claus together.

Christina is a very personable, friendly person. She made time to talk to me with several phone calls about the status of the sale of my house. This is the first house in my life I have ever been involved in selling. She helped me with the upkeep of watering my garden and maintaining my fountain, as I wasn't able to do so. She took care of hiring a handyman to fix the repairs that were requested from the prospective buyers. She and her office personnel were diligent and fast in sending me documents for closing and documents for offers made by prospective buyers. It wasn't the best offer that I was hoping for, but given the inflation, the economy and the fast rise in mortgage interest rates, it was a good outcome.

There really isn't enough good things I can say about Christina. My partner and I were looking to move to Las Vegas from Texas. We got in touch through a mutual friend. I had my house for sale by a different realtor from a large nationwide agency for a year. After a year of dropping the price multiple times, having mostly positive feedback from propective home buyers, but no reasonable offer, I switched to Christina Chipman after the contract with the other realtor expired.
